aim and purpose at the Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center is to provide
comprehensive, individualized, cost-conscious allergy and asthma care
to all of our patients. We Welcome All Patients. We participate with several major insurance companies and HMOs. Please check your insurance carrier to see if we are a participating provider. If we have a contract with your insurance company, we will collect your co-payment or percentage due at the time of the service and submit a medical claim for the balance. As a service to our senior citizens in the area, we are a participating Medicare provider. Payment may be made by cash, VISA, or MasterCard. Please feel free to call our office if there are any questions about our billing, or payment policies. |
