My office handles all criminal cases in state courts in Buncombe and select surrounding counties, in addition to all criminal matters in the United States district courts in both the Asheville and Bryson City divisions. Family Law - Divorce, Custody, Separation
My office can assist you with divorce, custody, and separation issues, including: custody trials, child support, separation agreements, equitable distribution, post-separation support/alimony, emergency custody, and domestic violence.
