Studio Layout
Studio Suite: $99.00
With two double beds, a two burner stove, small refrigerator,
toaster, & coffee maker, the Studio Suite will make your stay at
Beacher's comfortable yet affordable.

Queen Suite: $139.00* & $169.00*
A one bedroom suite with a queen sized bed in the private bedroom
a kitchenette equipped with a two burner stove, small refrigerator,
Microwave, toaster, & coffee maker, and a separate living room area
with queen sized sleeper sofa, sliding glass door, and private
balcony or patio.

Occupancy limit: 4 people

*First floor Queen Suite has a limited view due to natural
sand dunes and is offered at the lower rate.

King Suite: $159* & $189*
Although similar to the Queen Suite in view & layout, the King Suite
has an extra 200 sq. ft. more room to offer. Stretch out in your King sized
bed and have family stay on the queen sleeper sofa. You may find the King Suite suitable for your stay simply because along with everything the
Queen kitchenette offers, the King is the only suite with an oven.

Occupancy limit: 5 people

*First floor King Suite has a limited view due to natural
sand dunes and is offered at the lower rate.
