Cortessé's Bistro

Cortessé's Bistro is located in a quaint 1880's home in which the proprietor, Bonne Jones, grew up. The creative team behind Cortesses Bistro has transformed it into one of the most popular dining, and after-dinner spots in North Florida, thanks to the creation of the special atmosphere and creative menu which is unique to the area.

Cortessé's Kitchen Team is under the direction of Chef Roger Millecan, a graduate of The Southeast Cullinary Institute, with more than 25 years of creative culinary experience. He is joined by one of the best service and management staff in the southeast.

Whether its lunch, dinner, desserts, a special event, or just a night of great entertainment-Cortesses Bistro is the place to be.
