The law firm of Chase, Quinnell & Jackson, P.A. conducts a general legal practice in Pensacola, Florida and surrounding areas. Mr. Chase graduated from the University of Florida Business School with High Honors in 1976 with a degree in accounting. He subsequently obtained his license as a certified public accountant in 1979. Also in 1979, Mr. Chase graduated from the University of Florida Law School with Honors. In 1981, Mr. Chase obtained a Masters Degree in Tax Law from New York University. He has been practicing in the Pensacola area for over 20 years and his areas of practice include personal injury, family law, tax, bankruptcy and business law. Mr. Chase is also a former Associate Professor with the Department of Finance and Economics at the University of West Florida and is a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association and Florida Bar. Mr. Chase is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law.

Patrick L. Jackson, ESQ.
Patrick L. JacksonAttorney Patrick L. Jackson received his undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Alabama in 1975. He went on to complete a graduate internship in medical technology in 1976 and became a medical technologist registered with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. He received his Master of Arts in Business from Central Michigan University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1987.

Mr. Jackson, a Vietnam Veteran, has significant military service. He was an enlisted member of the United States Air Force from 1968 through 1972. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, he attended Naval Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island in 1977, and went on to serve as a SWO Qualified Line Officer on the USS MANLEY, an antisubmarine warfare-configured destroyer. He left the MANLEY in 1980, cross-decking to the Navy Medical Service Corps. He resigned his active duty commission to attend law school in 1983, staying in the Naval Reserves until his retirement as a Lieutenant Commander in 1995. In 1990, he was called back to active duty for Operation Desert Storm.

Mr. Jackson is a general practitioner, practicing in the areas of family law, contract, criminal law, and bankruptcy. He was admitted to the bar in 1988, and in addition to his 11 years of experience as a civilian attorney, he served over 3 1/2 years a prosecutor, in this community and in central Florida. He has over 50 jury trials to his credit. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts.

In addition to his legal duties, Mr. Jackson has been an active member of the Pensacola community, serving on numerous charitable boards and boards associated with the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he produces the community oriented program "Hot Issues with Mayor Emeritus Vince Whibbs." He has also appeared on community oriented television shows and has written articles for the Pensacola News Journal.
