The Law firm of David E. Bailey, Jr., is located
at 400 North Pace Boulevard at Belmont Street.
As part of our general practice, we provide professional services
in the areas of Bankruptcy (consumer and small business),
Domestic Law (divorce, child custody and related matters)
Small Business Law (incorporation, collections and small
business litigation) and Wills, Estates, and Trusts.
We also handle other trial litigation including Personal Injury,
Real Property, and Juvenile Justice matters.
David E Bailey, Jr., has been a member of the
Florida Bar since 1991. Besides practicing in the Florida Courts,
he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Eleventh Circuit.
He received his law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford
University, Birmingham, Alabama (1991). His Master of Business of
Administration was received from the University of West Florida
(1988) and his undergraduate degree in Business Management from
Florida State University (1979).
Mr. Bailey is also a member of the Escambia/Santa
Rosa Bar Association (family law section) and the Bankruptcy Bar,
Northern District of Florida.
