Since
1993 Escoe Industrial Mechanical has been North Georgia's full
service mechanical company. We provide everything from fabrication and
installation to maintenance and general construction. Our staff has over
70 years of combined experience in all areas of your industrial mechanical
needs.
General
Construction and Maintenance
EIM's
specialties include industrial maintenance both on a routine daily basis
and during scheduled and unscheduled plant outages. We offer a general
construction division for renovations, additions, and complete new construction
from ground up, including equipment removal and installation. We have
installed pumps, conveyors, pressure vessels, storage tanks, air handling
units, water chillers, boilers, food preparation equipment and compressors,
as well as all the piping necessary to handle the material management
needs in all of these applications.
Piping
Capabilities
We
provide full service from manufacture through installation and maintenance
on process piping as well as utility piping and can provide you with help
in planning the best application in both types of piping. Our piping capabilities
are in both carbon steel and stainless steel threaded and welded applications,
and, of course, welder's certification will be provided upon request or
as the job warrants. We have installed and maintained industrial equipment
for wood mills, textile plants, food processing facilities, water treatment
plants, and chemical plants just to name a few.
Fabrication
Metal
fabrication can be done in both carbon and stainless steel either at our
shop or in the field. EIM has a broad selection of equipment available
to fill most needs. Our shop equipment includes metal breaks, rolls, power
shears, and all types of sheet metal working equipment, welders (TIG,
MIG, stick, both portable and fixed), forklifts and various small power
tools. We offer a further degree of flexibility, which can improve and
expedite your projects.
