Patrick J. Faucheux
Pat Faucheux has lived in Bay County, Florida since 1963. He graduated
from Rutherford High School in 1968. After almost five years with
the United States Army, he received an Honorable Discharge. Pat graduated
from both Gulf Coast Community College and the University of West
Florida with high honors. He went on to law school at the University
of Florida, where he was Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for
the legal research and writing program. He received a Juris Doctor
degree with honors in December 1978, and after passing the Bar exam
on the first attempt, he was admitted to The Florida Bar in May 1979.
Pat has served as President of the Bay County Bar Association and
President of the Bay County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
He has also served as President of the Panama City Kiwanis Club. He
is currently a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and
the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Pat and his wife, Mellissa, have been married for 25 years and have
three children. Pat was actively involved with his children by serving
as their Little League baseball coach and as their youth soccer coach.
Pat is an avid Florida Gator fan and a Civil War history buff.
