The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the times you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of Funeral Director, Staff and Overhead................................$1,250.00*
Our charges for the service of funeral director and staff include, but are not limited to: staff to respond to the initial requests for service, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, coordination with cemetery, crematory or other parties involved with the final disposition of the deceased, preparation and filing of necessary notices, authorization and permits. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses such as professional licensing and accounting fees, insurance, building and utility expenses, parking lot and grounds maintenance, furnishings, record keeping and secretarial and administrative expenses. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary; however, you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If embalming is not a preference, you have the right to select an arrangement such as a direct cremation or immediate burial.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are fiberboard containers.

Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home.............................................$1,825.00
Our charges for this service includes removal of remains, embalming, hearse transportation, necessary services of staff, coordination with receiving funeral home, necessary authorizations and shipping container required by airline. This charge does not include casket, viewing, airline shipping charges or death certificates.
Receiving of Remains from Another Funeral Home (Casketed).....................$2,075.00
This charge includes removal of remains, temporary shelter of the remains, transportation of remains to cemetery or crematory and professional services of funeral director and staff. It does not include the use of facilities for viewing or for the funeral rites/ceremonies.
This funeral home makes no warranties or representations concerning products sold for the services. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with the products sold with this funeral service, are those expressed written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturers thereof. As seller, we do not provide any extended warranty.

PAYMENT POLICY
PAYMENT MUST BE SECURED 48 HOURS BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED.
Payment may be made in cash or by cashier's check.
Payment may be made by assignable insurance policy to the funeral home.
1. Insurance Policy must be in force after 2-year contestable period.
2. Insurance Policy must be presented at the time of the Funeral Arrangement.
3. When using assignable insurance, 8% surcharge will be added to the contract, non-refundable, after processing.
PAYMENT MAY BE MADE BY VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND DINERS CLUB.
