Ideal
for second floor windows where you can operate and secure
from the inside

The
accordion shutter is mounted permanently. The triangles created
by the blades of an accordion shutter make it the strongest of all
shutter designs. When used with storm panels, we suggest the accordion
shutters be used on the second floor, sliding glass egress doors
and large openings where panels require too much time to install.
A real time saver is to have all openings covered with accordions
and second floor accordions operated from inside.
