We Will File Insurance for You

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your dental insurance forms. As you know, each insurance company has rules governing coverage, fixed amounts for certain procedures, and most have an annual deductible and a maximum that they will pay per year.

While we will file dental insurance forms for our patients, we want you to recognize that it is the patient's responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or other balance not paid by your insurance company.

Should you have a disagreement with your insurance company regarding coverage, you are the only individual who can resolve it. We encourage all patients to have reviewed their dental insurance policy and its coverage prior to scheduling an appointment
