(1) drug test card, (1) one cup (with temperature strip, identification
label, safety sealed, slotted lid for test use), (1) extra lid for
confirmation purposes, (1) second cup and lid also for confirmation
purposes (complete with tamper evident seal), (1) visual results
guide, and full instructions for use
The Standard
Kit(right) contains:
(1) drug test card, (1) one cup (with temperature strip, identification
label, safety sealed, slotted lid for test use), (1) separate non-slotted
lid allowing utilization of the cup for confirmation purposes, (1)
visual results guide, and full instructions for use. |
