Useful Tips

•	Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointments.
•	Please bring a list of your current medications: you may bring the medicine bottles.
•	Please bring pertinent medical records, including x-rays, laboratory test results, and your insurance information.
•	During visits, please bring questions focused on problems for discussion with the doctor.
•	The follow-up visit is an opportune time to get any refills that you might need.
•	When calling for refills, have the pharmacy telephone number available.
•	Always use the laboratory, x-ray diagnostic center and hospital that is recommended by your insurance.
•	Laboratory and x-ray results will be promptly conveyed to you as and when they become available to us. Some test results will not be in for 7 to 10 days. If you have not heard from us in 10 days, please call us.
•	In an emergency, always call the PCP first, since most insurances need prior authorization by the PCPs for ER visits and hospitalization.
•	We always welcome your suggestions and comments, which can be made on the cards available at the reception desk. You are our most valuable critic.

Allergy injections are given from 8:00 am until 6:30 P.M. You are required to wait 30 minutes after receiving allergy injections. Allergy injections are not given on the days of follow-up visits with the doctor.
