Jose Guitian is a graduate of Tulane University School

at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Affiliation with The University
of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. He had four
years of post graduate training as a Fellow at the
Tulane University of Louisiana School of Medicine and the
Houma Heart Clinic. He is Board Certified by the American
Board of Internal Medicine and is Board Certified in the subspecialties
of Cardiovascular Diseases
and is certified by the Council of Nuclear Cardiology in the
subspecialty of Nuclear Cardiology . He is a Fellow of the
American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the American
College of Physicians .He is a member of the Florida Medical

Dr.
David Miles is a graduate of Tulane University School
of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana and completed his residency
at the Tulane University of Louisiana School of Medicine.
He completed his post graduate training as a Fellow at the
University of Florida College of Medicine and Affiliated
Hospitals in Gainesville, Florida. He is Board Certified by

certified by the American Board of Echocardiography in the
specialty of Adult Cardiac Ultrasound. He is a Fellow of the

Samuel Parker is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine,
Houston, Texas and completed his residency at the USAF Medical
Center, Keesler AFB, Mississippi. He completed his postgraduate
training as a Fellow at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center,
Lackland AFB, Texas. He is Board Certified by the American
Board of Internal Medicine and is Board Certified in the subspecialty
of Cardiovascular Diseases. He is a

Daniel Phillips is a graduate of Yale Medical School,
Newhaven, Connecticut he completed his residency and post
graduate Fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic Educational

of Cardiovascular Diseases. He is a Fellow of the American
