DELIVERY / PICK-UP Party Plus offers delivery and pick-up services at reasonable rates for rentals of $100.00 or more. . Schedules and attention to detail are very important to our commitment to customer satisfaction. We offer a morning delivery between 8:00 a.m. - noon (Monday-Saturday), and an afternoon delivery between noon and 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Please note: If a specific delivery time is necessary during ,normal business hours, a $50.00 charge will be added. Deliveries and pick-ups required before or after normal business hours, ... overtime labor charges will be added. Please call for a quote. SET-UP / TAKE-DOWN If you need items set-up and taken down, we want to allow adequate time. So, we must insist that you prearrange this with your Special Events Representative. A reasonable fee will be agreed upon in advance. LOSS OR DAMAGE The quality of our equipment is very important. Please be sure it is protected from the weather and that it is secured at all times. To maintain our extensive inventory, we must charge for missing, broken or rain-damaged items. DAMAGE WAIVER Party Plus does offer an optional Damage Waiver. This fee is 12% of the rental price and relieves you of liability in the case of accidental damage. However, this does not cover missing equipment. Responsibility remains with the renter during the rental period.
