My
Philosophy
My goal with every client is to earn my client's respect by good,
meaningful communication and honesty. I attempt to use my legal
experience and negotiation skills to obtain the optimum results
possible for my client and to consider my client's personal circumstances
in doing so. My belief is that clients are very aware of whether
or not an attorney is sincerely interested in their case. I attempt
to treat my clients the way in which I would hope to be treated
if I were in need of a professional.
There is no
doubt in my mind that a lawyer obtaining a good result in a case
often requires complete trust in the lawyer by the client, and
as in most relationships that trust must be earned. I pride myself
in trying to make sure that my client knows what to expect when
they arrive in court and do not have to fear the unknown.
As opposed
to listing frequently asked questions and answers which may be
taken out of context, I would encourage my prospective clients
to contact my office and discuss their cases with me personally.
