ABOUT US:
Roy Supply is a third generation family owned company that has served the Gulf Coast oil, gas, and marine industries since 1967. Our primary line of work consists of supplying and repairing starting and charging systems. We operate one of the largest and oldest repair/rebuild facilities in southeast Louisiana, with a combined knowledge of well over 100 years. Our expertise is second to none. Our mission has always been to give our customers the best possible personal service and to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality.
PRODUCTS & SERVICE:
Our products focus on starting and charging for a wide variety of engine applications. From large Cat and Cummins diesel engines, to the automotive industry, we will have the right starter or alternator for you.
AIR & GAS STARTERS:
We carry one of the largest inventories of vane and turbine air starters in the area. Our Ingersoll Rand reman air starters are supplied by Global Pneumatics. GP is the leading remanufacture of I.R. air starters in the industry today! As their largest distributor in southeast Louisiana, we can attest to their reliability and quality workmanship. Our TDI reman starter inventory is also one of the largest in the area. With a wide variety of both vane and turbine starters in stock, we are sure to have the right solution for your air starting needs.
ELECTRIC STARTERS & ALTERNATORS
Our electric starter inventory covers an extremely large spectrum. Delco Remy starters such as the 28MT and the 42MT are some of our most popular units. Bosch, Nippondenso and Leece-Neville are also kept in stock to cater to our construction and rental equipment customers. Alternators are also a very large part of our every day business. We stock everything from 12 volt automotive units to 24 and 32 volt units for large equipment and emergency vehicles. Whatever your starter or alternator needs, from small outboard motor starters to high output commercial alternators, we are sure to have it.
REPAIR/REBUILD SERVICE
We have a full service rebuild shop in house. All of our repair work is done on site to maintain quick turn around and quality workmanship. Whenever possible we use NEW replacement parts in our repair process. For just a few dollars more most of your repairs leave with NEW armatures and solenoids. We also boast one of the best and most experienced shop Foremen around. With over 33 years experience working on the Roy Supply team, he has seen and fixed just about every starter or alternator known to man.
BATTERIES, CABLES, AND ACCESSORIES:
We offer an extensive selection of commercial, marine, and automotive batteries. Our assortment ranges from large 8-D batteries, to small automotive batteries. We also make battery cables cut to length for your specific need. Some other accessories we handle are battery chargers, battery boxes and several different battery terminals and cable ends.
LOCATION:
We are contently located at 2520 Engineers Rd. in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. We are situated in the Harvey Canal corridor, which puts us in a prime location to service the metro New Orleans area. We are an hour from both the Venice and the Houma areas and run weekly routes to Houma/Fourchon and Venice.
