DAVID R. SHEARON, ATTORNEY
David attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his B.S. in Business Administration in 1967 and his Law Degree, J.D., in 1970. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1970, U.S. District Court and Eastern District of North Carolina in 1974, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in 1976, and U.S. Supreme Court in 1977.

He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, and the Wake County Bar Association where he has served twice as president of the Real Property Section. He is a member of North Carolina Land Title Association where he has served as Legal Counsel.
His 35 years of legal experience has been with emphasis on residential closings.
STEVE GENTRY, PARALEGAL MANAGER
Steve is senior paralegal and oversees the paralegal staff. He received his B.S. in Communications from Appalachian State University in 1992. Steve dedicates his time to the preparation and management of the day-to-day closings including management of our larger corporate and builder clients. He has been with the firm since 1995.
BRENDA SHEARON, POST CLOSING PARALEGAL
Brenda is responsible for post closing which includes ordering title policies and follow-up on closed files. She also handles incoming calls, assists clients with scheduling, sets up client files for closing, and handles the relocation clients.
MARGARET SHEARON, OFFICE MANAGER
Margaret is office manager and bookkeeper. She handles the accounting and depositing of funds from closing as well as the firm's business accounts. She is not directly involved in the closing process, but is an important part of the efficient operation of the firm.
