Stasco Mechanical Contractors, Inc. has evolved from a company started in 1942 by W.W. Scogin, Sr. that was located in the Grove Park section of Atlanta, GA.  The company was called Grove Park Plumbing and was primarily involved with single-family homes and plumbing repairs.

Grove Park Plumbing merged with another company in 1961 and became Stasco Plumbing.   At the time of the merger, the new company had ten trucks and twenty employees.  They expanded their clients to include apartment developments, shopping centers, and small commercial buildings.

Over the years, Stasco Mechanical Contractors, Inc. has developed into one of the most successful companies in its field and enjoys the reputation of being one of the largest and foremost plumbing contractors in the Southeast.

This success has been made possible by the hard work and dedication of its employees, which has resulted in the successful completion of projects under many of the Southeast's top general contractors.
