You will learn: Helpful baking hints, How to make Buttercream and Royal icing and their uses, How to ice, smooth and tort a cake, Coloring, Flowers (Drop flowers, Roses, Daisies, Wild rose, Half rose, Rosebud, Lily of the valley), Borders (shell, zigzag, rosette, reverse shell, circular “e”, rope), Writing, String work, Basket weave, Sugar molding, Figure Piping, Lattice work, Flower arranging with sugar flowers. Classes meet every Tuesday for six consecutive weeks.

You will learn: Melting and molding chocolate, How to make lollipops, assorted crunch candies, turtles, chocolate covered cherries, peanut butter cups, holiday gift ideas and treats to send to school and much more. You will receive recipes, a starter candy mold, and samples.

Petite Fours $25.00

Just in time for your holiday entertaining, you will learn to bake, cut, pour, and decorate dainty petite fours for special events.

Introduction to Rolled Fondant $60.00
Saturday, November 14 1:00-4:00pm

You will learn: How to cover a cake with fondant, crimping, embossing, using molds with fondant, fondant pearls, fondant rope border, drapes, fondant roses and more if time allows. This is a hands-on class. Each student will cover and decorate a fondant cake to take home. Supplies will be provided.

Gingerbread House Class $60.00

Each student will decorate a charming edible house to enjoy throughout the holiday season.

Come meet, learn, and network with other decorating enthusiasts at our new Cake Club events. There will be demonstrations on new as well as tried and true techniques. Your suggestions of what you’d like to learn will determine the demonstrations. Refreshments will be served.

* Class tuition must be paid upon registration and is non-refundable. Class Lesson Plans will be given at time of registration. Sweet Stuff may cancel a class if minimum number of students is not reached and Students will receive a full refund.
