Triple Delicious with Broccoli:
A dish usually chosen by emperors in ancient times, comprised of shrimp, chicken,
and beef with hand picked broccoli in our Chef's special sauce.
Peking Duck:
A well-known Chinese dinner. We serve a platter of filet of duck meat, with
pancakes and accompanied by shredded scallions and Hoi Sin sauce.
Sizzling Triple Delight:
Shrimp, chicken, and beef with mushrooms, red and green peppers, water chestnuts,
and baby corn in a garlic brown sauce and served sizzling.

and Scallops with Hot BBQ Sauce:
Tender sliced beef and scallops cooked with green peppers, bamboo shoots, and
water chestnuts in a hot and spicy BBQ sauce.
Double Wonders:
This is an excellent combination. Diced chicken and baby shrimp with diced
vegetables in Joi Sin and garlic sauce.

Marinated beef tenderloin slices. This is truly a gourmet's delight!
Thick and tender slices of beef filet made crispy and seared over a high
flame. Covered in a flavorful sauce made with tangerine rinds.
