Dr. Little was educated at Hendrix College and received his Ph.D. from the University of Memphis in 1975. He completed a one-year internship at the University of Tennessee Child Development Center in 1975. Dr. Little is licensed in Tennessee and Arkansas.
Dr. Little has evolved his practice delivery to respond to the changing patterns of mental healthcare and developed Wholistic Healthcare Services, Inc. as a response to the increasing and complex needs of the individual. Dr. Little works in concert with area practitioners and specialists in the areas of medicine, law, education, and social services to provide services that are informed, therapeutic, and tailored to promote wellness and self awareness. He has responded to the current mental health system by becoming more centered on outpatient and group care of patients. Dr. Little works with adults and children on an intensive outpatient basis and has working relationships with area doctors to provide chemotherapy to patients in need of this service. He provides services to the chronically mentally ill and support to various agencies in the areas of mental health. His practice receives referrals from managed care companies, the adult and juvenile court system, lawyers, physicians, and past clients.
